Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared between the buyer and the seller who place orders via www.afterbaseclub.com, within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection numbered 6502 and relevant legislation. The buyer declares that they have been informed about the product, price, payment, delivery, return, and withdrawal rights conditions before completing the order; and that they accept this agreement by completing the order.

2. BUYER INFORMATION
The buyer is identified by the name, surname, address, phone, email, and invoice information entered into the system during the order. The buyer accepts that this information is accurate and complete. The buyer is responsible for delivery delays, incorrect deliveries, re-shipments, return shipping, and additional costs that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
This agreement regulates the sale, payment, delivery, return, exchange of products ordered by the buyer electronically via www.afterbaseclub.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
Product name, quantity, size, color, price, total amount including VAT, shipping fee, payment method, and delivery information are included on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email.
4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure. Card information is not stored, viewed, or processed by Afterbase.
For the order to be processed, payment must be successfully completed. In cases of unauthorized payment, fraudulent transactions, suspicious transactions, chargebacks, or payment security doubts, the seller reserves the right to suspend the order, request additional verification, or cancel it.
5. ORDER, STOCK AND PRICE ERRORSCreating an order does not mean that the product will definitely be delivered. Payment confirmation, stock availability, and security checks must be completed for the order to be processed.
In case of stock error, technical system error, pricing error, product supply issue, payment security risk, or force majeure, the seller may cancel the order by informing the buyer and refund the collected amount.
6. DELIVERY
The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer during the order. Products in stock are generally prepared and shipped within 1-5 business days.
For custom-made, personalized, limited edition, special print, custom-sized, or pre-order products, the preparation time may vary between 5-15 business days.
Preparation time may be extended due to campaign periods, production intensity, public holidays, weekends, supply processes, or force majeure. Domestic delivery in Turkey is generally 1-7 business days.
Deliveries are made through contracted shipping companies via the Geliver infrastructure or shipping companies determined by Afterbase.
7. SHIPPING AND RECEIPT
The buyer must check the shipping package upon delivery. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, or damaged, it is recommended to have the cargo officer prepare a damage assessment report.
In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect product delivery, the buyer should contact hello@afterbaseclub.com with the order number, product, and package visuals.
If the product returns to the seller due to the buyer not being at the address, reporting an incorrect address, not receiving the product, or not picking it up from the branch, re-shipping and additional shipping costs may be charged to the buyer.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The withdrawal notification must be sent in writing to hello@afterbaseclub.com. If the notification is not made within the specified period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
After the withdrawal notification, the product must be returned in accordance with the return process notified by the seller within 10 days from the date of notification.
9. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal may not be used for products prepared according to the special requests of the buyer, personalized, specially printed, custom-sized, custom-made, pre-order, limited edition, or products with personalized variations.
Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, smell, are stained, damaged, have their tags removed, packaging damaged, sent incomplete, or have lost their re-sellable quality.
10. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unstained, odorless, with tags intact, and in a re-sellable condition.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories if any, tags, and invoice.
After the returned product reaches the seller, it is checked. For suitable products, the refund process is initiated. For unsuitable products, the return may be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the buyer.
11. PRODUCT USE
The buyer must use the product according to its label, description, and care instructions.
Deformation, fading, shrinking, damage to print/embroidery, and similar issues caused by washing, drying, ironing, chemical contact, perfume, deodorant, color transfer, high heat, incorrect use, or use contrary to care instructions may be considered user error.
In case of user error, return, exchange, or refund may not be accepted.
12. RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUND
For returns, the buyer must send a request to hello@afterbaseclub.com with the order number. The seller shares the contracted shipping company and shipping information for the return process.
If a different carrier is used, additional costs, delays, loss, damage, and shipping risk may belong to the buyer.
For products that meet the return conditions, the payment refund is made to the payment method used in the order within the legal period stipulated in the legislation. Due to the processing times of banks and payment institutions, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on the card or account.
13. EXCHANGE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTExchange operations can be made depending on stock availability. Exchange may not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, had their tags removed, are damaged, smell, are stained, or have lost their re-sellable quality.
In case of wrong, missing, faulty, or defective product delivery, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible with the order number, product visuals, package visuals, and explanation.
If, after examination, the product is found to be faulty, defective, or incorrectly sent, the process is managed by the seller.
14. INVOICE, CAMPAIGN AND MISUSE
The invoice is issued according to the information provided by the buyer during the order. Campaign, discount, promotion, free shipping, or coupon conditions are determined by the seller.
In cases of obvious system error, fraudulent transaction, technical malfunction, campaign misuse, fake order, unauthorized payment, unjust return request, or misleading statement, the seller reserves the right to review, suspend, or cancel the order.
15. PERSONAL DATA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Personal data is processed for order, payment, invoicing, delivery, customer services, return/exchange, and legal obligations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Illumination Text.
The Afterbase brand, logo, designs, product visuals, and site content belong to the seller or rights holders; they cannot be used without written permission.
16. DISPUTES AND ACCEPTANCE
Turkish Republic laws apply to disputes. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
By completing the order, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
