This Delivery and Return Policy regulates the delivery, exchange, return, and right of withdrawal processes for orders placed through the www.afterbaseclub.com website.

2. Order and Delivery Process

Orders placed through www.afterbaseclub.com are processed after payment approval is received.

Orders are generally prepared and handed over to cargo within 1-3 business days. For custom-made, personalized, limited edition, or pre-order products, the preparation time may vary between 3-10 business days. This period may change due to public holidays, weekends, campaign periods, high order volumes, or force majeure.

For deliveries within Turkey, the estimated delivery time is generally 1-5 business days.

Order deliveries are carried out via contracted cargo companies through the Geliver infrastructure or cargo companies determined by Afterbase.

3. Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is clearly displayed on the payment page when creating an order. Free shipping campaigns may be offered during certain periods.

4. Delivery Address and Recipient Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and contact information during the order. Additional costs arising from orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information may be borne by the customer.

5. Inspection Upon Cargo Delivery

The customer must inspect the cargo package upon receipt of the product. For products received damaged, Afterbase can be contacted at hello@afterbaseclub.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

The customer can exercise their right of withdrawal for products purchased under distance selling without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. The withdrawal notification can be sent to the email address hello@afterbaseclub.com.

7. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with the label intact, and in a resalable condition. The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories if any, labels, and invoice.

8. Return Shipping Process

For return transactions, the customer must submit a return request with the order number to hello@afterbaseclub.com. Afterbase will provide the customer with the contracted cargo company and shipping information for the return process.

9. Refund

After the returned product reaches Afterbase, its compliance with the return conditions is checked. For products deemed compliant, the payment refund is made to the payment method used by the customer within the legal period.

10. Exchange Process

Customers requesting a size or product exchange should contact Afterbase at hello@afterbaseclub.com. If the requested product or size is not in stock, the customer may be directed to the return process.

11. Faulty or Defective Products

In case of delivery of faulty or defective products, the customer should contact Afterbase at hello@afterbaseclub.com with product images and the order number. Following examination, the exchange, refund, or re-shipment process will be managed by Afterbase.

12. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products prepared according to the customer's special requests or produced for personal needs. Returns of used, washed, or label-removed products may not be accepted.
